A request is not yet collection
Open Extracciones and choose an amount no greater than your withdrawable balance. The rules describe a numeric code of ten or more digits. Keep it private and plan your visit before generating it: its 24-hour validity is not a bank transfer processing promise. If it expires without collection, the request lapses, the balance remains and a new withdrawal request is needed.
