Funding an account and collecting winnings are different Palpitos operations. The first adds funds; the second requires withdrawable balance and the Extracciones procedure. I separate them so a credited deposit is not confused with an authorised withdrawal. Every example here uses Argentine pesos, ARS.

Identification and receipt
The menu includes Cargá tu saldo and Points of sale. The rules describe crediting funds using a DNI or account name to identify the customer. Verify the recipient before handing over money and keep an amount-specific receipt. A card logo alone does not establish cashier availability.
For an illustrative ARS 5,000 top-up, the receipt and transaction record should identify the same operation. This is not a minimum deposit. If the credit is missing, keep date, channel and reference instead of repeating the payment without checking its status.

Extracciones: a 24-hour code and DNI
The account holder collects in person
The rules state that a withdrawal request creates a code valid for 24 hours. The account holder presents it with their DNI; another person cannot replace this identification requirement. An unused expired code requires a new request under the procedure.
Code validity is not a promise of a bank transfer within 24 hours. Check collection location, availability and amount-specific instructions before travelling. Complete identity verification too: both sides of the DNI must be provided within the stated period to preserve withdrawal access.

Deposited funds and winnings have different roles
The rules divide account funds by origin. A top-up forms nonwithdrawable balance; winnings from successful bets form withdrawable balance. Freeplay remains separate promotional funds. I therefore do not treat the total shown on screen as an amount immediately available in Extracciones.
This distinction matters before funding. If an account shows ARS 5,000 nonwithdrawable and ARS 1,300 withdrawable, the collection reference is ARS 1,300, not ARS 6,300. This is an accounting example. Betting hurriedly to convert a balance is not a solution: the next bet can lose. For a disputed transaction, inspect its history and the applicable procedure rather than trying another wager.
Frequently asked questions
How long is the withdrawal code valid?
A Palpitos code is valid for 24 hours. If it expires unused, the balance remains and a new request is required.
Can I withdraw Freeplay?
The promotional stake cannot be withdrawn. Only net winnings become withdrawable; an ARS 1,000 winning bet at 2.30 yields ARS 1,300 net in this example.
Which document verifies the account?
Submit readable images of both sides of the DNI within 7 days of registration. Withdrawals are unavailable if this requirement is not completed.
Do languages change territory or currency?
No. All four versions cover Argentina, use ARS and retain Tucumán’s provincial conditions. Translation does not extend availability.
