Freeplay balance: winnings and withdrawal rules
Palpitos Freeplay is promotional balance for sports and virtual sports, not withdrawable cash. When a bet wins, only net winnings become withdrawable funds. This changes the slip calculation and explains why Freeplay should not be added to collection amounts.

The calculation that prevents confusion

The rules illustrate a Freeplay stake of 1,000 at 2.30. The theoretical total is 2,300, but the promotional 1,000 stake disappears: 1,300 becomes withdrawable. A losing bet generates no withdrawable winnings. The calculator therefore distinguishes cash from Freeplay: identical odds produce different credited amounts. These are ARS examples rather than promised promotional amounts.

The rules exclude two-outcome markets: three or more outcomes are required. Singles allow one Freeplay bet per event; accumulators use one market per event with at least three outcomes. Early closure is unavailable. According to the document, these bets also do not participate in current promotions or earn weekly-draw points. Expiry depends on the promotional action, so check it before choosing an event.

Three restrictions I check before the slip
Outcomes, bet count and expiry
The rules require markets with at least three outcomes for Freeplay; two-outcome markets do not qualify. Singles allow one Freeplay bet per event, while accumulators allow one market per event with at least three outcomes. Not every market on the same match is eligible.
Start and expiry depend on the promotion. Keep its terms and check the balance selected on the slip. A losing result produces no withdrawable winnings. On a win, subtract the promotional stake from theoretical return to understand net credit. Freeplay also excludes cash out and weekly-draw points under the general rules; do not combine it with ordinary cash when calculating a transaction.

When is a bet confirmed?
When the system accepts it and issues a ticket. A pending selection is not confirmed; check the reference in history.

Do languages change territory or currency?
No. All four versions cover Argentina, use ARS and retain Tucumán’s provincial conditions. Translation does not extend availability.
