Palpitos login: access and account recovery
To log in to Palpitos, use the platform’s sign-in with your username and password, plus any configured second factor. When access fails I first distinguish password, session and connection issues. Opening another account does not solve them.

Check the detail before retrying
Open Ingresar and enter the account username. Check capitalisation, copied spaces and keyboard language. If autofill uses an old value, clear the field and inspect it before submitting.
Use account recovery when the password does not match and check the registered contact channel. Avoid repeated guessing: distinguish typing errors from account restrictions. Screenshots here illustrate access; do not enter credentials into an image or an unrelated form.

Review account security and devices with active sessions. If access looks unfamiliar, use a new unique password and check history before transacting. An unknown contact change or withdrawal needs prompt attention through platform support.
Do not open another account to continue. The rules allow one per person, and recovery must preserve the original identity. Never share authentication or collection codes for somebody else to complete the process.

Which document verifies the account?
Submit readable images of both sides of the DNI within 7 days of registration. Withdrawals are unavailable if this requirement is not completed.
Do languages change territory or currency?
No. All four versions cover Argentina, use ARS and retain Tucumán’s provincial conditions. Translation does not extend availability.

Palpitos registration starts at Registrarte, but choosing a password is not the final step. Enter accurate information, accept the conditions and complete identity verification. My priority is that the account belongs to the person who will use it and collect funds. The service is provincial to Tucumán and for adults aged 18 or over.

Funding an account and collecting winnings are different Palpitos operations. The first adds funds; the second requires withdrawable balance and the Extracciones procedure.
